OUR HISTORY
Life Equip Group Inc. was founded in 2019 to stand alongside youth and young adults (15-24) as they build futures full of possibility.
We believe that even in the face of economic, social, and educational barriers, young people carry strength, brilliance, and resilience. Our role is to equip them with resources and opportunities that honor their dignity and help unlock what’s already within.
Alyssa Abernathy-Boston leads Life Equip Group with a deep commitment to equity and restoration. Her work is rooted in the belief that success is not defined by background or circumstance, but by the space we create for young people to grow, flourish, and lead.

We exist to restore what’s been withheld, to affirm potential, and to ensure that youth—particularly those from African-American, Hispanic, and Indigenous backgrounds—can pursue their goals with dignity and strength.
