Keisha "Kay" Clarke-Sealey is the Founder & Executive Director of Paint Your Blessings Foundation, Inc., a Brooklyn-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit expanding access to art-based wellness and community healing for families and youth across Brooklyn and Queens. What began in 2018 as free monthly community paint nights has grown into structured programming — including Color My Sundays and Wellness Wednesdays, which pair guided creative experiences with licensed clinical facilitation to support young people ages 8–18 and their families through the everyday challenges of growing up.

Kay is also the founder of Scholars Market LLC, operating Paint Your Blessings® Events, Sing N' Paint®, and Color Your Eden™ since 2018, bringing years of entrepreneurial experience in community programming, event production, and creative brand-building across Brooklyn's arts and wellness landscape.

Kay holds a Bachelor of Science in Advertising and Marketing Communications from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York, NY (2007). As Founder and Executive Director of her own growing nonprofit, she brings hands-on experience in board governance, grant strategy, and nonprofit financial stewardship, alongside a genuine passion for equipping young people with creative tools for emotional resilience and connection. She is honored to bring this experience to Life Equip Group Inc.'s Board of Directors as 2nd Vice President, in support of its mission to equip young people with the tools, knowledge, and opportunities they need to thrive.
